The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the specified therapeutic area. If you are passionate about driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and driving performance in line with company strategy & objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the specific specialty line, ensuring sustainable growth and market penetration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the specified therapeutic area.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience is a must.
  • Experience in managing and coaching sales representatives is preferred.
  • Specialty care experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities with ability to motivate the sales team effectively.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to analyze market trends & identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to develop strategic sales plans tailored to the specific specialty line.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to forge partnerships with key thought leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders within the specialty line.
  • Efficient in alignment with internal stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
  • Given the stringent regulations governing pharmaceutical sales, the candidate should have a solid understanding of compliance requirements and ethical standards within the industry.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
