Has a Sub- tropical, arid climate.What you will doThis is a cluster role for two of Four Seasons Hotels DubaiDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned revenue growth for the assigned market and segmentEstablish and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, colleagues, and the global sales network.Monitor sales production, analyze market data, and adjust sales strategies to meet planned goals.Negotiate and secure group contracts, considering room availability, rates, and revenue objectives.Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities to develop new and identify potential clients.Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring retention and repeat business.Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.To drive direct sales activities of the Hotel to achieve budgeted and assigned goals.Monitor and identify current and future business trends to insure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand.Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan.Regular travel is required with this position.What you will bringKnowledge for Middle East and Africa is a mustReading, writing and oral proficiency in Arabic & English.
