Job Overview The Sales Manager will drive business growth in Bahrain by developing and executing effective sales strategies in the events, technology, and content sectors. This role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B and B2C sales, an in-depth understanding of the Bahrain market, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities . Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Bahrain market. . Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events, technology, and content sectors. . Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, and government entities to secure high-value projects. . Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and deliver tailored event and content solutions. . Maintain a strong sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools for efficient tracking and reporting. . Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win client business. . Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. . Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand awareness and foster relationships. Key Requirements . Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years in sales within the events, entertainment, or technology industries, with a proven track record of achieving targets. . HAS TO HANDING THE ENTIRE SALES TEAM & BRANCH INCHARGES. . Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bahrain market, including corporate and consumer segments. . Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data analytics for sales management. . Sales Expertise: Proven skills in negotiation, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals. .
