Responsibilities: . Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling sales. . Analyzing market trends and segmenting. . Developing sales strategies and growth opportunities. . Managing stock and inventory. . Setting and developing marketing strategies. . Managing individual and team performance. . Analyzing real-time and past data for performance improvement. Requirements: . Degree in Civil engineering and MBA is a plus with excellent leadership skills. . 7-10 years relevant experience in GCC countries with sales process skills. .
