We have more than 400 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support in the Middle East.The position requires pro-active Sales Project Leads within Logistics business (e.g. automation projects for warehouse and distribution and CEP). It requires systematic communication with the existing and new customers as well as finding new Sales opportunities with the objective to maintain successful sales pipe-line.The Sales Manager systematically communicates with Colleagues in headquarters in Europe and responsible for successful business segment development.KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the complex sales processes within the business area
Pro-active Leads generating and assessing in terms of the company interest
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying accounts
Bid Management and solution developing together with the team to meet the customer requirements
Developing and organizing of pre-sales activities to grow the need in Customer organization for the company solutions
Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships
Conduct regular meetings with customers and partners in order to increase the distribution of the company's solutions, using the skills of presentations and negotiation
Provide customer technical support and consultant services to increase company overall value to the customer
Developing of pricing, working through the psychological aspects of price negotiations, defining of forms of payments
Coordinating activities with head-quarters in Europe including communication, performance, etc
Overseeing and developing of business plans and commercial terms of negotiated agreements, contracts and agreements in accordance with the company policy
Estimating of the degree of potential risk
Prepare sales forecasts and other data to support budgeting process
Studying of the market, market volume, implementation of reporting and planning
QualificationsMaster's degree, Engineering preferred.Minimum 3 years\' experience in comprehensive automated solutions Sales.Experience in material handling or systems integration industry. Preferred experience in warehouse automation projects.Additionally,
