Drive Total Revenue (Room & F&B) and sell to new, existing, and prospective customers, considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rates for the benefit of the business.
Receive, respond to, and contract leisure/wholesale business within the set Sales and Service Standards.
Contract and maintain strong relationships with FTOs and DMCs for robust wholesale business into our cluster.
Utilise IHG sales tools appropriately to streamline work processes, making them more efficient and transparent - IBP, IHG Way of Sales, Delphi activity, Delphi maintenance, I-RFP, IHG Merlin, IHG Sales Source, SSP.
Consistently communicate internally to share market intelligence, provide feedback, and ensure customer awareness with the Hotels, ensuring planning and coordination of sales.
Develop relationships across all business units in the Dubai market and beyond, in the key feeder markets as well as driving the IHG Global Sales network.
What we need from you
Good communication and administrative skills.
Ability to be self-motivated, organised, and demonstrate good teamwork.
Proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within the Sales & Marketing department of a 5-star international hotel chain.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
