We are looking for ASST SALES/ SALES MANAGER in UAE to handle the key account of Hotels
Responsibilities :
1. Sales Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives/ Executives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Set clear sales targets, objectives, and expectations for the team and track their progress.
• Foster a motivated and results-driven sales culture within the team.
2. Local Market Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the local market or region, in alignment with the overall company's goals.
• Identify key growth opportunities, target markets, and potential clients within the local area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support local sales initiatives.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local clients and key accounts.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Sales Performance and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the local market.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
• Implement data-driven adjustments to optimize sales strategies.
5. Product Knowledge::
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions.
• Stay updated on local market trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
• Assist clients in selecting the right products or services to meet their specific needs.
Requirements:
• CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
• 7-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SAME ROLE
• DEGREE HOLDER
• WITH UAE DRIVING LICENSE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• SALES MANAGER KEY ACCOUNT OF HOTELS: 7 years (Preferred)
