Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales growth month on month
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, PR & advertising agencies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the media or advertising industry within the UAE
Network with brand managers, agencies and business owners for potential leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising technologies, and industry trends.
