sWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the jewellery stores\' operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall store environment.Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
Develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer footfall
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store\'s appearance and appeal
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the jewellery business
Must have a valid UAE Driving license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
