Job Overview: Our client is one of the largest technology and services company based in Oman that focuses on providing IT solutions, technology integration, and consulting services across various industries. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead its IT Infrastructure Business. This individual will be responsible for driving new business development (BD) and overseeing the P&L management for the business unit. Key Responsibilities: Lead new business development initiatives for the IT Infrastructure Business, targeting key sectors such as banking, government, Oil & Gas, energy, and enterprise, etc Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to capture new opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data centers, and networking solutions. Manage the overall P&L for the IT Infrastructure Division, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while maintaining cost controls and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements in all infrastructure projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their infrastructure needs and providing tailored solutions. Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure Sales role. Proven track record in business development. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profitability. Understanding of IT infrastructure solutions such as cloud computing, data centers, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
