We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, establishing goals, creating a strategy, and managing a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company revenue growth. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve performance. Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance to optimize strategies. Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition. Ensure the team adheres to sales processes, maintaining high standards of service. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Assist in hiring, training, and developing sales team members. Identify potential new markets and clients to expand the customer base. Handle high-level client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving escalated issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager

IT Hardware Box products

or relevant sales role ( 5+ years). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and sales trends to make strategic decisions. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
