Job Title: Sales Manager - Dental Education

Location: UAE

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the dental education field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental sales, particularly in the UAE, and possess excellent communication skills in English. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain relationships with dental professionals, education providers, and institutions to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the dental education market.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including dental clinics, universities, and training institutions.
• Promote and sell dental education programs, courses, and related products.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the dental field, with a proven track record of success in the UAE.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of the dental industry, including education and training programs.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
