We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in hospitality supplies for the HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry, with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the HORECA sector.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, focusing on achieving favorable terms and timely product delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality supplies or HORECA industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the hotel supplies market, with a strong understanding of purchasing processes in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop and sustain productive client relationships and deliver on sales targets.
