Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales projects, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of sales projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Monitor project performance and ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

Identify and address potential challenges or risks related to sales projects.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, project management, or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bilingual (English & Arabic)
