As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating customer relationships, and leading a team of dedicated sales professionals. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications required:
1. Proven track record of successful sales performance in the industry, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales.
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
