Salary: AED 15,000 + Top of market commission structure

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities for the company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team of maximum 10 relationship managers, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards for sales activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending actions to address any issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Remuneration: We offer a competitive salary package and commission structure, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer health insurance, annual leave, and other benefits in accordance with UAE labour laws.
