Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Identify and cultivate relationships with clients dealing in
premium and exclusive properties.
Oversee sales operations, monitor team performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
3 to 4 years of managerial
experience in Dubai's real estate sector,
specifically in luxury and premium off-plan properties.
Proven experience in leading successful sales teams and driving high-value deals.
Strong network of clients dealing in premium and exclusive properties.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strategic thinking ability.
Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.
Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Chinese, Italian, Romanian, Polish, Montenegrin, or Norwegian are highly preferred).
