The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive mortgage sales growth. - Lead, manage, and motivate the mortgage sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources. - Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options, rates, and terms. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Requirements: - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the mortgage industry. - Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
