We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for a Construction Company to join our team specializing in the production of concrete 3D-printed outdoor and garden furniture and small architectural forms made of cement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Identification (or Getting the Data Base with Contacts of Potential Clients Contacts)
Identification of Potential Clients in the UAE and making a data base as per the industries:
• Developers (residential, commercial, mixed-use projects)
• Landscaping and gardening companies
• Furniture and gardening retailers
• Municipalities and government bodies (for public infrastructure projects)
• Facility management companies
• Hospitality and leisure industries (hotels, resorts, and theme parks)
• Urban planning firms and architectural studios
•Ideally if you already have some data bases with contacts in the UAE•
Product Promotion & Tender Participation
• Research and track available tenders for street furniture and other projects suitable for 3D printing.
• Create and maintain product catalogs tailored to client needs and industry trends.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market innovations.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Arrange and lead product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings with prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
Proposal Development & Sales Execution
• Prepare commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and budget.
• Provide end-to-end support for the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Manage post-sale client relationships, including follow-ups and after-sales support.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, including pipeline updates, deal statuses, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze sales data to refine strategies and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure product availability and customization where needed.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and innovative approaches to client engagement.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales in the UAE, preferably in outdoor furniture, landscaping, or construction industries, with a proofed track-record of successful deals
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
