We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our 18K Wholesale Jewelry Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and building lasting relationships with B2B clients. This role requires a proactive leader with deep knowledge of the jewelry industry, excellent sales acumen, and a strategic approach to market penetration in the wholesale sector.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the 18K jewelry division.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients while actively seeking new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Market Analysis : Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Product Knowledge : Work closely with the product development and design teams to stay updated on new collections and educate clients about product features and benefits.
- Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management, providing insights into sales trends and opportunities for growth
