Designation: Sales Manager :
The successful candidate must have extensive FMCG Experience Capable of handling sales & Merchandising Team. Able to handle existing chain customers and generate leads to recruit new customers to expand the business in UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives established by the company.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Successfully generate new business leads & opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Regular contact with clients to implement sales strategies and promotions to drive more sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing & Grooming a team of sales executives & Merchandisers with their inquiries, share sales strategies, Promotion Plans, Market spends to achieve their Targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to enhance branding and market visibility of products.
• Check the brands image and positioning against the competitors in the marketplace regularly.
• Innovative ideas to increase the value and performance of the brand & suggest New products & range expansion requirements to the management.
• Manage all collection activities within payment terms across different clients and locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• FMCG Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
• management: 5 years (Required)
Language:
• Arabic (Preferred)
• English, Malayalam, Hindi (Required)
License/Certification:
• Driving License (Required)
Location:
• Al Qusais (Required)
Willingness to travel:
• 25% (Preferred)
