Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

within the

Packing Industry

to expand our business footprint and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid industrial sales background and a deep understanding of packaging systems, including consumables, machines, tools, and services. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving company growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the packing industry. Manage and expand relationships with key customers, offering tailored solutions that align with their business needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing product presence with existing clients. Provide consultative, solutions-driven approaches to offer complete packaging systems, from consumables to machinery. Negotiate contracts, volumes, and pricing with key accounts and ensure long-term partnership success. Conduct product demonstrations and machine demos, showcasing your technical expertise and industry knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs, product offerings, and delivery expectations. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the packing or industrial sector. Strong mechanical and manufacturing knowledge with an ability to understand and sell technical products. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM & ERP software, email communication, and Microsoft Excel. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
