Position Overview:
The Sales Manager in Real Estate is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships to drive property sales. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on engagement with clients, requiring strong knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
• Set, monitor, and report on individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance team productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set development goals, and motivate the team.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
• Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for targeted communication and follow-up.
• Sales Operations
• Coordinate property viewings, presentations, and meetings with prospective clients.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficient and smooth transactions.
• Prepare and manage sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
• Market Knowledge & Product Expertise
• Stay informed about current market conditions, property values, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and initiatives.
• Educate the sales team and clients on the features, advantages, and benefits of the properties on offer.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing insights and updates on sales performance.
• Utilize CRM tools and software to track leads, measure conversions, and improve sales forecasting.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
• team handling: 3 years (Preferred)
• Dubai Real Estate: 5 years (Preferred)
