JPC - 4351 - Sales Manager Exhibitions Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: 5-6 Years Education: Bachelors degree Languages: Arabic (preferred) : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role manages client accounts, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives revenue growth through client retention and business expansion.Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue and profitability targets for client accounts across our range of products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining high-level engagement and relationship management.
Ensure the seamless delivery of products and services in alignment with client objectives.
Drive revenue through long-term, high-value contracts.
Consult with clients to understand their exhibition, marketing, and fit-out requirements, providing tailored solutions and concept designs.
Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic sales plan.
Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities using various sales strategies.
Conduct service calls with existing clients to enhance satisfaction, explore new opportunities, and achieve cross-selling/upselling objectives.
Provide ongoing support throughout the clients campaign lifecycle to secure renewal business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibition solutions, including roadshows, mall activations, commercial and retail fit-outs, technical consultancy, manufacturing, installation, finishing works, artwork and printing, global exhibition management, scenography, and contracting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Fluency in English and Arabic is Preferred but not Mandatory.
