Set clear objectives, KPIs, and sales targets for the team, monitoring progress and providing regular performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes related to solar products in Europe.
Analyse customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviour to develop effective product positioning and marketing strategies.
Monitor sales data, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales and business development roles, specifically in trading solar products within the European market.
