Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is exclusively open to Emirati citizens and requires a dynamic individual with proven sales experience in the furniture industry or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports for senior management.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the furniture industry and continuously update sales knowledge and skills.
