Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.*

Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive and results-driven culture.*

Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to forecast sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.*

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.*

Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation initiatives, optimize sales funnels, and develop effective sales pitches to convert leads into long-term customers.*

Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.*

Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity across the sales team.*

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.*

Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular performance reports to leadership and adjusting strategies based on insights.*

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to drive maximum return on investment.*

Partnership Development: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to expand sales opportunities and enhance market reach.*

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.*
Proven experience in sales management with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing sales teams.*
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.*
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.*
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales enablement tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance tracking.*
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance.*
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, meeting sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.*
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.*
Familiarity with industry trends and a deep understanding of market dynamics.*
