We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager with a proven sales track in selling earth moving machineries.
Job Scope:
Should Have a thorough understanding of UAE & Saudi market equipment demand/size/rental rate/sites application risk and understanding of the company's equipment inventory, including specifications, features, and proper usage.
Job Duties:
• Create and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the selling concrete pumps and mixers sector by focusing on the broader market and on growing the customer base.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service..
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.
Experience:
• 5 years rental sales experience in heavy equipment, specially in Earth moving machineries , with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Other Requirements:
• Existing client databases/relationships in the field are a plus.
• Experience coordinating rental agreements and timesheet control.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
