Sales Manager - UAE Dubai (Real Estate Sales)

GFS, a leading multinational organization engaged in diversified businesses, is expanding! We are actively looking for a high-profile individual to join our dynamic team as a sales Manager for our upcoming new projects in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong connections with property dealers, advisors, and investors.

- Experience in selling projects to real estate companies and managing investor portfolios, dealers, and advisors.

- Develop and maintain an extensive investor network.

- Represent a high-profile South Asian-based development company entering the Dubai market with five projects in top locations.

- Demonstrate result-oriented and high-achieving capabilities.

- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Education:

Graduate, preferably with a Master's degree in Sales & Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- 8-10 years in Real Estate Sales, with at least 4-5 years in a Project Manager position.

- Strong background in sales, particularly in a leadership role.

- Superior time management and organizational skills.
