Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
Identify and prospect new clients in B2B segments, including catering companies, manufacturers, and retailers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to provide clients with product insights and customized solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Represent Basamat Group at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our brand and product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales in the B2B food /HORECA industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
UAE driving license and own vehicle.
