What You'll Be Doing:
? ?Leading and motivating your team to smash sales targets
? ?Delivering daily/weekly performance reports to operations
? ?Supporting and guiding your team through effective coaching and feedback
? ?Keeping our CRM system up to date (experience preferred, but not essential)
? ?Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth processes and great results
? ?Making fast, confident decisions and staying highly organised in a fast-paced environment
