Job Opening: Sales Manager - Interior Design & Decoration

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our interior design and decoration company. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, a passion for design, and the leadership skills to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach. Collaborate with the design team to tailor solutions based on client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, or construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). UAE driving license preferred.
