We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with

at least 5 years of experience in the gift item giveaway industry

.

A valid driver's license is essential

for this role, as it requires regular client visits and site inspections. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong sales track record and an established network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets within the gift and giveaway sector.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential clients, build new relationships, and expand the client base.

Account Management:

Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals efficiently.

Reporting:

Generate regular sales reports, track progress towards targets, and provide management with insights on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales the

gift items, exhibitions, branding, printing, and signages

sectors is advantageous.

Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

Strong negotiation, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
