Role Overview

We are looking for a

Sales Manager

to drive the growth of our

digital marketing and media production services

. This role involves

acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding our business in the luxury, fashion, and commercial sectors

. The ideal candidate will have a strong

understanding of digital marketing trends, content strategies, and brand promotion

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies

to grow our client base in digital marketing and media production.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities

through

networking, outreach, and partnerships

. Maintain strong relationships with

brands, agencies, and corporate clients

to ensure long-term collaboration. Work closely with the

marketing and creative teams

to develop tailored solutions for clients. Pitch and present

Skylight Studio's marketing services

, including

social media strategies, paid advertising, branding, and content production

.

Analyze market trends

to identify opportunities for business growth.

Manage the full sales cycle

, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure. Prepare and track sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Requirements

3+ years of experience

in

sales, business development, or account management

in

digital marketing, media, or advertising

. Strong

understanding of social media marketing, performance marketing, and branding strategies

. Proven track record in

B2B sales and corporate client acquisition

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, results-driven environment

. Knowledge of

CRM systems and sales automation tools

is a plus. Fluent in

English

; Arabic (Russian is a plus).

Work Conditions

5-day workweek

from

10:00 to 18:00

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
