Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to maximize performance.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements:
