The Role
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion o Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company business goals to increase market share. o Expand business in the Middle East and international markets, acquire new clients, maintain existing accounts, and explore new sales channels. o Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop effective market strategies to enhance product competitiveness. Team Management o Build and manage the sales team, set performance targets, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. o Conduct sales training to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge, improving overall sales performance. o Supervise the execution of sales plans, provide guidance and support to optimize team efficiency. Customer Relationship Management o Maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and strategic business partners to enhance customer loyalty. o Analyze customer needs and provide customized product solutions to enhance customer experience. o Handle customer complaints and feedback, optimize sales processes, and improve service quality. Sales Target & Performance Management o Develop and monitor sales budgets, ensuring sales targets are met. o Analyze sales data, optimize sales strategies, and improve conversion rates and profitability. o Participate in contract negotiations and develop pricing strategies to maximize profit margins. Contract & Payment Management o Negotiate, draft, and execute sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and business interests. o Monitor order fulfillment and oversee payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow and reduce financial risk. Requirements
Education & Experience o Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. o 5-10 years of sales management experience, preferably in international trade or the Middle Eastern market. o Strong sales experience with a solid understanding of trading processes and industry markets. Market & Client Management Skills o Strong business development and market expansion skills; candidates with a well-established industry network are preferred. o Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and local business culture; experience in the region is a plus. Negotiation & Communication Skills o Excellent business negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. o Strong cross-cultural communication skills for engaging with clients from different nationalities. Target-Driven & Team Leadership o Highly goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet sales targets. o Team player with leadership capabilities to drive sales growth. Language Proficiency o Native speaker is Arabic, proficiency in English. proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
