Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strong background in sales, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management (minimum 1-3 years preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in [industry-related field, e.g., technical services, facility management, cleaning, pest control] is a plus.
