Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, as well as collaborating with marketing and other departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications
2 - 4 years of real estate experience in off plan sales
Expertise in working with brokers & HNIs
Sales Strategy Development and Management skills
Client Relationship Building and Sales Target Achievement
Experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Proficiency in English is must & other languages will be an advantage

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
