As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to reach their individual and team targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends. Valid UAE driving license.
