We are looking for an experienced

Sales Manager

with in-depth knowledge of the

Dubai real estate market

, specializing in both

off-plan and secondary properties

. The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record in sales leadership

, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to

motivate and support the team daily

to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.

Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and secondary market transactions.

Stay updated on market trends, developers, and project launches.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.

Oversee negotiations, deal closures, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct training and provide ongoing support to the sales team.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience

as a Sales Manager in Dubai's real estate market.

Strong knowledge of

off-plan and secondary sales

.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Fluency in

English (spoken and written)

- excellent presentation skills.

Ability to be

hands-on with the team

, providing constant guidance and motivation.

UAE Driving License is a plus.
