Job Description

Should have experience in Genuine and Aftermarket Auto Spare Parts. Should have a good customer database in UAE, especially in Dubai. Take telephone orders from customers. Responding to emails of customers. Follow up with customers for orders. Follow up and receive payment for the invoices on time. Refer to catalogs and research to determine replacement parts, OEM numbers, and prices. Determine whether replacement parts are required, according to inspections of old parts and customer requests. Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available. Having a valid UAE Driving License is advantageous. Oversee the rest of the sales staff and sales operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in Auto Spare Parts Sales. Should have a minimum Diploma/ Degree. Should have strong knowledge in Japanese, Korean, and American after-market Spare Parts. Knowledge of the Truck Division is advantageous. Should have a good base of customer contacts in UAE. Should have customer contacts in the GCC and/ or other markets.
