1. At least 1 year experience in UAE.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets for ELV system products and services.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
5. Proven experience in sales or sales management.
6. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
7. Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on ELV systems (security, automation, low-voltage electrical, etc.).
8. Strong knowledge of ELV system products and solutions, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and building automation.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and project management, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
