Job Description

We are hiring sales manager for our Glass & Alum / Steel fabrication division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend and follow up on leads generated by the company or through personal connections.

2. Ensure prompt and professional responses to all inquiries and leads.

3. Prepare and submit quotations on time, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.

4. Obtain approval from the Managing Director (MD) before submission.

5. Engage with potential clients and respond to inquiries on social media.

6. Follow up with project engineers on the status of upcoming and ongoing projects.

7. Ensure clear communication and collaboration with the project engineering team to meet client requirements and project timelines.

8. Oversee production activities in the workshop to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.

9. Coordinate with production staff to address any issues or delays in the production process.

10. Work with the project engineer to prioritize job orders based on project deadlines and client needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel fabrication/ Alum & Glass or construction industry. Strong technical knowledge of steel fabrication processes and materials. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driver's license is required
