Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and expand client relationships across various sectors Drive new business acquisition through proactive lead generation and networking Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the joinery industry Deliver bespoke joinery solutions to meet the specific needs of clients Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and success

Skills & Experience Required

:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the joinery or woodworking industry Strong existing relationships with clients and a proven track record of new business acquisition In-depth knowledge of bespoke joinery products and services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
