Hiring for Position: Sales Manager - Domestic
and
international Sales
We are seeking a Sales Manager for representing our French perfume brands in domestic, regional and international market. Develop sales strategies, take inputs from management and other team members, primarily focusing on expanding our market presence and maximizing revenues.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Commerce.
Proven 2-4 years' experience in domestic and international sales, preferably worked in the perfume or cosmetics industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience managing distributors and building global sales networks.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Job Profile:
Plan, Develop and implement sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.
Identify and target new business opportunities and partners in local and global markets.
Represent our French perfume brands to potential local and international clients while maintaining French standards.
Engage with retail shops, wholesalers, retail chains, and international perfumery groups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
Manage and nurture customer relationships by conducting regular follow-ups and meetings with existing distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Make budgets and achieve sales targets for each country.
Analyze and estimate in advance for stock requirements to ensure smooth flow throughout the supply chain especially during seasonal and festival occasions.
Ensure uniform pricing is maintained across various markets.
Monitor and identify violations related to pricing, counterfeit products, and other inconsistencies in the market.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Inform clients about new product launches, review their digital content to meet standards.
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional activities to support sales.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.
Ensure timely delivery and effective customer support for both domestic and international orders.
Visit clients and stores occasionally to ensure brands are properly listed and represented.
Offer training to sales staff of clients, if required.
