Overseeing, monitoring and forecasting day-to-day sales activities and timely reporting to the Sales Director.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.
Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Collaborate with social media marketing team to creatively reach potential customers.
Carry out risk assessment to facilitate decisions aiming toward increased revenue and brand recognition.
Set the precedent for excellence in customer acquisition, service and retention.
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Seek and develop opportunities for business development for the company.
Responsible for acquisition of new clients for self through aggressive sales strategies and business plan.
Always be on a look out for new target markets.
Building relationships with existing and new clients to increase their current spend through exceptional customer service.
Verifying the credit history of new clients to mitigate back debt issues.
Drive peak sales performance for self and the team on a consistent basis throughout the year.
Assist the Sales Director to devise and implement sales strategies for meeting sales performance targets.
Assist the Sales Director in managing the team including discipline, overall decorum and core values of the company.
