Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the advertising industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop tailored client advertising solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve their individual and team sales targets. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Strong sales experience and achievements foundation, with at least 4-5 years in the advertising industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of advertising solutions, planning, and brand strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
