VEGA LEADER seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record of career growth in the telecom industry. This individual will play a key role in driving the success of the sales team and enhancing the business's overall commercial performance. The ideal candidate will lead by example, foster a high-performance sales culture, and continuously optimize strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage the assigned sales area, ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, and targets achievement.
Oversee and guide a team of junior and senior sales professionals, ensuring their alignment with company objectives and targets.
Monitor and evaluate the team's performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Communication and Target Alignment:
Communicate the business's KPIs, sales targets, and expectations clearly to the team.
Ensure the team understands their individual targets and they contribute to the overall success of the company.
Build and maintain strong connections within the local business environment to drive customer traffic and identify opportunities to fill any gaps in sales performance.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market behavior patterns and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement data-driven action plans aimed at optimizing sales team performance and achieving sales targets.
Vision and Culture Development:
Promote the sales department's vision, values, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture by leading with integrity and professionalism.
Serve as a mentor to key positions within the sales department, supporting the development of their professional skills and assisting with task execution as needed.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth, revenue generation, and achievement of departmental goals.
Work closely with the sales management team to create and execute comprehensive sales action plans that incorporate key initiatives to meet and exceed KPIs.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the company director to ensure the smooth execution of sales objectives.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement changes that support both short- and long-term success.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom products sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of success in telecom sales with significant career growth and achievement.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and motivate a diverse team.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape.
Possess good knowledge in the marketing initiatives of the industry. Able to bring innovative marketing approaches to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales within the retail kiosk channel.
Business acumen with a deep understanding of the telecom market, consumer behavior, and competitive trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement data-driven sales plans.
Strong mentoring abilities and a commitment to coaching and developing team members.
Fluency in English. Additional language is preferred.
Good command and knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT and Word) is essential.
