Dubai Office (Will manage showrooms in Dubai & Sharjah)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in retail to lead and manage sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of managerial experience in sales and operations within the retail industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of showrooms in Dubai and Sharjah, driving sales performance, and leading a team to achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a sales team across multiple showrooms. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the showrooms. Monitor sales performance and set achievable goals. Provide leadership, training, and development for the sales team. Report directly to management on sales metrics and operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in sales/operations in the retail industry. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Immediate availability to join the team. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
