SALES MANAGER

As a Sales manager, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and building a strong portfolio of properties. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure a seamless experience and help them find the best property solutions. This is a commission-based role, with the potential for high earnings for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, commercial, and luxury properties. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Identify and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online listings. Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market conditions, and legal regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other industry professionals. Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media, listings, and open houses. Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for real estate. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English and Arabic. RERA certification is a plus.
